Quitting smoking is a 3 step process as follows:-
Welcome to the first step in your Hypnosis Quit Smoking session journey.
You are asked to fill in the forms that are listed below. The first one is the Online Booking form. Once you fill this in just press Submit.
The remaining forms are automated so fill these in, save and email them to me at email@example.com – there is a brief explanation of what is required with each form.
If you are wondering why there are so many forms, it is necessary for you to think about the changes you will be making as a non-smoker.
You will also find a special link at the bottom of this page. This will take you to two audios. It is important you listen to these. The first one explains the process while the second one allows you to experience hypnosis with a Stress Reduction and Relaxation Hypnosis and you will love this one. I often find people listen to this one multiple times before and after their session.
Please allow two hours for your session. While the hypnosis takes less that 60 minutes, the pre-session interview will require additional time.
Ensure you bring some fruit and water with you for after your session.

NOTE: The 3 Day Action Plan form is to assist you with your preparation to become a non smoker. You need to fill this form in for 3 days before you come in for your Quit Smoking session. It will give you time to think about what you can be doing instead of smoking. For example, when you get up in the morning or when you are bored. Think about what you could do instead of smoking.
NOTE:- Now that you have filled in all the forms, make sure you email them to email@example.com
These need to be received as soon as possible or a least 2 days before your apointment.
NOTE:- Listen to these two Audios
The first one is an introduction to hypnosis that is fun and informative. You can listen to the first track in the car or when you are driving to work.
The second one is an actual Stress Hypnosis Relaxation audio. This second audio will require you to be in a quiet space where you can relax and enjoy the experience of hypnosis, certainly not while driving a car or using any machinery.
It is a important you listen to them well before your session. Quite often people will listen to the Stress Relaxation Hypnosis a number of times before their session.
Please ensure you listen to the Stress Relaxation Hypnosis audio the night before your session and have a good night’s sleep.
