A definition of mental – relating to the mind, total emotional and intellectual response of an individual to external reality. Mental fitness is the excercise of the mind and being able to recognise the need to be constantly building skills and using tools to improve mental acuity.

Physical

There are a number of definitions for Physical, however briefly it involves the body as distinguished from the mind or spirit.

Social

There are a number of definitions for Social however briefly it is the living with or to live in companionship with others or in a community, rather than in isolation. People are social beings and therefore it is one of the areas of life requiring attention.

Family

At a training presented by Dr John DeMartini a list was provided that gave some insight and undertanding in money management and how to recognise important aspects within this area of our lives. Most important was the advice – SAVE 10% of your income first before paying anyone else – then watch for the “J” curve to see how your money really grows!

There’s a lot of interest these days in Spirituality, and a lot of time, effort, and dollars are spent in the attempt to either be Spiritual or look for ways to achieve spirituality.

It may also be the case with the recession that this interest may increase significantly. But what does Spiritual really mean, and what behaviors will actually make you more Spiritual?

Determine Your Values

Your values arise from and are therefore determined by your conscious or unconscious voids (what you perceive as most missing). What you perceive as most missing (void) in your life therefore becomes what you perceive as most important (value). Your underlying private voids drive your overlying public values. Your fulfillment means the filling of your perceptually empty voids.
